Frontera Energy Corp. on Friday said Alejandro Pineros has resigned as chief financial officer to pursue other career opportunities.
The Calgary, Alberta, energy company said board member Rene Burgos Diaz will now serve as chief financial officer and has stepped down as a director to accept the position.
Frontera said Mr. Burgos most recently served as head of private credit for Latin America and portfolio manager for the Latin America Private Credit Opportunities fund for asset manager Compass Group.
